Undo, call again, change court and busy player, in 50 seconds.

I called the wrong match

Tap Undo on the card. The match is no longer Called and goes back to the queue (Ready, if everyone is present), and nobody gets a new notification. An alert still open on the players’ phones closes on its own.

The player did not show up

Call again: Undo, then Call once more. The alert arrives again, even for players who had already answered. Each match can send up to five notifications per hour — calls, new calls and court changes count; attendance and score do not. Past that, the action on the desk still goes through, but the players are not notified — the desk says so in a message at the bottom: “Notification limit reached for this match.” This is on purpose: it protects players from being bombarded by mistake.

I had to change courts

Use Change court on the card and pick the new court. With the match Called, the players get the call again, with the new location. With the match On court, the change only sends a discreet notice.

The desk won’t let me call a match

The Call button is disabled and the card says who is busy and where: one of the players is still in another match that is called or on court. Finish or undo the other one first. The desk never calls the same person to two places (for the same reason, Start is disabled too).
Turn 2 card, Open, with the notice Ana and Lucas are in another match · Centre Court, turn 1, and the Call button disabledTurn 2 card, Open, with the notice Ana and Lucas are in another match · Centre Court, turn 1, and the Call button disabled

Ana and Lucas are still on court: their next match cannot be called.

Someone entered the result elsewhere

If the result comes in through the match page (and not through the desk’s Finished), the desk notices and closes the card on its own. Nothing to do.

Wrong result

On the finished card, Edit result opens the same form. You can correct it while the round is open.

”This competition has no linked club”

The competition was published under your personal name, with no organization, so the desk has no court to offer. The link to the organization is chosen in the Review, before publishing, and does not change afterwards. In this competition the desk still works for attendance, calls, score and results — the call just goes out with no location. Next time, publish under the organization (see Before the day).
